Vince's Meats was started 23 years ago when the city announced that the central market would close. The owner does all of the cooler work as a certified meat cutter. He handles U.S.D.A. Choice Beef cut from quarters of beef. The packing house, Mahan Packing, is located on Rt 45 in Amish country. Vince's does their best to handle a product that they would purchase themselves. They take much pride in their work. They look forward to the chance to serve you. All ground meat (chuck or sirloin) is made from trimmings off of sides of beef, not pre-ground tubes of beef.
